The session fee is non refundable. You can only reschedule once and you must do so within 48hrs of your session with no charge. All changes made to session/order must be made 48 hrs prior to shoot. All funds will be put towards your rescheduled session as long as it is within 1 month. If you cancel your portrait session prior to being photographed and do not wish to reschedule you are forfeiting 100% of funds. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your images it is only right you get a 50% discount off your next photoshoot or extra raw images. However, you can also deny the discounted reshoot and forfeit all funds. The photographer has the right at all times to end/cancel any complicated session. NO kids who are not being photographed are allowed in the studio.

Parents or legal guardian are required to attend with minors. Only 1 guest is allowed to accompany you at the session. Due to COVID you have the right to bring only one person. Your guest must wear a mask. No personal camera or video use during image viewing. Behind the scene photographs must be approved by photographer. No outside food or drinks are allowed in the studio. NO weapons or firearm allowed in studio. You the client will be 100% financially responsible for anything broken or damaged by you or your guest. Full balance must be paid prior to session date or in person at session. Two weeks will be given to pay any remaining fees from session before pictures will be deleted. Images that are not purchased at appointment will be erased after 1 month. Images are not kept longer than 1 month after session date.

All sales are final. Once all sales are made, funds are not refundable. No portion of the order may be received until the entire order has been paid in FULL. No exceptions. Photographer has rights to all images they produce. Photographer has the right to make physical, digital, or print image copies. Photographer has the right to release images to media. You have hired the photographer to present you with a quality , unique, and creative image, so photographer must take full creative control over the presentation of the images as well as all forms of reproduction. Once the deposit is paid you are agreeing to all of the terms and regulations above. Breaking or your guest breaking any of these terms WILL result in cancelation, forfeit of all funds, or banned.
